Why Would Light Seek Advice From Darkness?
I think it is very likely that people claiming to be God’s Children are seeking advice from the non-believing advisers within the kingdom of this world. This is a form of the spiritually alive seeking answers from the spiritually dead! As the spirit of the anti-Christ gains strength in these present times, those living according to what Christ has done on the Cross are told to seek worldly advice. It is either that or the earthly authority over the believers will dump them to find someone who will seek worldly advice. Those advisers from the kingdom of this world peep, chirp, mutter, whisper, and sing a sweet song to facilitate godless policies. If advice does not come through the Spirit of God, for the purpose of abating the sinful nature through the Spirit of Christ, then it is not the Word of God. Those worldly advisers are full of darkness with no light in them! They move this world closer and closer to the Great Tribulation. Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness. Christ Jesus is the Light of the World!
Those claiming to be Children of God will become very hungry for the sound advice that comes from the Word of God. They will want to move away from the troubling advice that comes through the spirit of the anti-Christ. They fret themselves and curse the leaders of the country, and curse the Living God. Satan disguises himself as an angel of light to steal, kill, and destroy the faith we have in what Christ Jesus did for us on the Cross. There will be no advice coming from the soundness of the Law and Testimony that hangs on the Cross. As a result of a lack of sound counseling, advice, and guidance, the earth will be full of trouble and darkness. Trouble and darkness comes through the sinful nature of mankind, and in that sin Satan has power, and in that dark power rises the anti-Christ. Those who are deceived into seeking advice from the spiritually dead will be driven into darkness, where the Light of the Spirit of Christ does not shine, and anguish prevails. Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness. Christ Jesus is the Light of the World!
Christ Jesus is the Light of the world! Sound advice comes from what Christ did for us on the Cross for some really good reasons. Christ’s death on the Cross shines a light on the fact that sin is an issue of the spirit and soul, and all counseling, advice, and guidance must come with that in mind! Christ Jesus died to put sin into remission so that we can be a light to a dark and troubled world. That should be the source of counseling and guidance, and light should never go to darkness in search of answers. Without the Holiness of Christ, we would destroy ourselves and destroy each other because Satan would be able to continue to steal, kill, and destroy. In these days when the Message of the Cross is oppressed, there is obvious trouble and darkness in the world. Christ Jesus died on the Cross so that He could live in us through the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit should be our counselor and advice giver to bring others into the Kingdom of God, away from the kingdom of this world, and to be the light in a dark and troubled world. Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness. Christ Jesus is the Light of the World!
No one is perfect, which is to say that we are all flawed by sin. God honors that humble attitude. We all know someone whose life has been changed because of what Christ did on the Cross to remit sin. I am one. God honors that belief. Confessing that we are flawed with sin, and believing in the work of Jesus Christ on the Cross will reconcile us to God. That simple! Believe in the heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord.
“And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward. And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.” Isaiah 8:19-22 King James Version (KJV)
“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”
